First Time Online Banking Users

Please enter your Member Number as it appears on your statement, and use the last four digits of your primary phone in the PASSWORD field. After you've logged in, you'll be prompted to select a secret PASSWORD of your choice and set your personal security questions.

First Time Bill Pay Users

To sign up for bill payment, log in to virtual branch at the box on the right of the screen. Click "Pay It" tab, and then click "Set Up/Change Payments”.

Mobile Banking

Text Banking

Fast, free, and secure service for members enrolled in online banking to their registered cell phone.

Activate

To activate Text Message Banking: From a personal computer, logon to online banking Select the "Self Service" tab, and then click the link for "Mobile Banking".

Helpful Hints:

Send inquiry & transaction requests to 87431 using the following keywords:

bal = Primary account balance

hist + texting nickname (ex. Hist C1) = History primary account

help = Help on keywords

stop = Deactivate Text Message Banking service

  1. Select Option 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5
  2. Enter member account number and the # key
  3. Follow voice instructions

  • Always end transactions with the # key
  • Never give your Personal Identification Number to anyone

  • When entering dollar amounts, omit the decimal. Example: To enter $150.30 enter 15030#
